When you call us, we’ll ask a few simple questions to help determine what will work best for your event.

• How many guests are attending? The number of guests is one of the biggest factors in deciding how many restrooms you’ll need.
• How long will your event last? A three-hour party has different restroom needs than an event that lasts all day.
• Will food and beverages be served? When people are eating and drinking, they’ll naturally use the restroom more often.
• Will alcohol be served? If so, it’s usually a good idea to plan for a little extra restroom capacity.
• Are there restrooms already at the venue? If there are, we’ll help determine whether additional rentals are needed.
• What type of event are you planning? Weddings, backyard parties, festivals, corporate events, and construction projects all have different restroom needs.
• Will everyone be able to access the restrooms? If needed, we can recommend an ADA accessible restroom so all of your guests have a comfortable option.
• Would portable hand washing stations be helpful? They’re a great addition for larger events, festivals, and job sites.
• Where will the restroom be placed? We’ll make sure there’s enough space for the restroom and that our delivery truck can safely access the location.
• Do you expect busy times during your event? If everyone takes a break at the same time or dinner ends all at once, adding another restroom can help keep lines short.
